62% Cabernet Sauvignon 23% Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot and 3% Petite Verdot
Aging – 22 months in French oak ALC.
Alcohol – 14.7% by VOL.
Rich in color, this dark garnet wine has aromatics of dried cherry, figs, cocoa and sage. The flavor palate has depth, providing both fruity and earthy flavors. Notes of huckleberry compote and blueberry are perfectly balanced with pink peppercorn and smoldering cedar. The tannin’s are round but firm, providing a delightful finish.
