2019 Napa Sauvignon Blanc

AVA – Mount Veeder in Napa Valley, California Varietal

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Aging – Eight months in three-year-old French oak

Alcohol – 14.1% by VOL.

Aromatically, the bouquet is full of mandarin, melon with white peach and balances well with lime peal and orange blossom.  There is a wonderful slight undertone or cardamom spice.  Finishes with a bright creamy mouth watering acidity.

This is a single barrel production.
